What it
is: Goji Juice Crystals( another name: Bevesol) is a low-heat-dried powder from juice
concentrate of fresh wolfberries (Mandarin “gouqizi”, "goji").
Goji Juice Crystals is made from super-grade wolfberries grown on Rich Nature's farm in Ningxia,
north-central China.
Unique
characterisctics (in taste & production):
Requiring 11 kg of fresh berries to make 1 kg of powder,
Goji Juice Crystals has excellent characteristics as a high-ORAC
antioxidant fruit source with a sweet and pleasant taste and
is orange in color. It is water-soluble and tastes like
fresh juice when mixed with water.
Advantages:
Since the proprietary processing technology allows Goji
Juice Crystals to keep the original flavor and most its
nutrients from fresh wolfberries, it is an ideal product for
consumers or industry to reconstitute wolfberry (goji) juice
and save more on shipping costs of liquid juices.

Goji Juice Crystals contain the following nutrients per
100 g: calories 330; protein 19 g; fat < 1 g;
carbohydrates 62 g; dietary fiber 5 g; vitamin A 276 IU;
vitamin C 968 mg (1,173 % RDA); calcium 87 mg; sodium 260
mg; potassium 1,970 mg (42% AI).
Carotenoids,
phenolics and antioxidant strength:
Rich in the antioxidant carotenoids, zeaxanthin (250
mg per 100 g) and lycopene (1.4 mg per 100 g) - and
high in total phenolics (1,032 mg per 100 g) -
Bevesol™ is an orange crystalline powder available in
heat-sealed, polyethylene bags. Total ORAC = 6,230
µmol Trolox equivalents per 100 g.
