New Product – Dark Chocolate Golden Berries

This new product is a combination of cacao (the currency of Mesopotamia before the Spanish conquest), whole Organic Golden Berries, and a sea salt Turbinado sugar combo that’s sprinkled on by hand as a last step. The perfect super fruit indulgence!

Seabuckthorn

This berry is a must when pursuing a healthy diet and lifestyle. New super fruit superstar is here to stay; loaded with essential Omegas and the rare Omega 7, it was THE dietary supplement for Russian astronauts.

Organic Mulberries

Organic Mulberries are super good for you and delicious too! This multi-seeded, naturally sweet Super berry with just a hint of vanilla is a surefire way to get your kids eating healthy foods. Because of its versatility, simply break it up and sprinkle it over their cereal, oatmeal, or bake in cookies!

Rich Nature Super Fruit Baked Granola

Gather:

  • rolled oats
  • pumpkin seeds
  • mulberries
  • inca golden berries
  • shredded coconut

Granola is easy to make – and some might argue even easier to buy, but if you’ve read the ingredients you’ll know that they’re usually made with loads of sugar.

When you make your own, you have control over what ingredients you use and how much you’re using. Our version in particular calls for both Rich Nature Organic Mulberries and Rich Nature Organic Inca Golden Berries (both are powerful superfruits with lots of Vitamins A and C, protein, and Fiber).

We hope you like this recipe – make it for your family, and eat it for days!

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup Rich Nature Organic Mulberries
  • 1 cup non-sweetened or sweetened shredded coconuts
  • 3/4 cup agave or honey
  • 1-2 cups Rich Nature Organic Golden Berries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour everything but the Golden Berries and the Mulberries into a large bowl and mix well. Place on a large cookie sheet in an even, thin layer so that the heat distributes evenly. Be sure to place the cookie sheet on the middle oven rack. Bake for 30 minutes or until everything is golden brown, you may need to stir the mixture occasionally. In the last 10 minutes of baking sprinkle the Mulberries into the mixture. The Mulberries are delicious when they’re dried and crunchy but can burn easily too so make sure you watch them! After it’s finished baking, mix in the Golden Berries and ENJOY!
